Shocking and true? Yes. But, not unexpected. It's still hard to imagine that that greed of these movie producers can be responsible for many more cases of Aids we probably are not aware of. After living through those decades of friends and lovers dying from this horrible disease, I am outraged. Where is ACT UP? I am definately spreading this story to all I can. But most importantly SHAME ON YOU ADVOCATE...SHAME ON YOU. You've lost my respect for this one. Just finished this article. Shocking and true? Yes. But, not unexpected. Ya, if they had been honest they would have had to mention the new class ... HIV Positive & Undetectable. But No, that would "confuse" the issue they would say .. people wouldn't understand that if 4 things are true. (1) A Poz person must be on HAART Meds for HIV (2) Have a Undetectable viral load for 6 months (3) Stay on the Meds .. Ya, you have to take them (4) Have no secondary STD's or other membrane compromising infections ... there is now now scientific evidence that the HIV-Poz person is no longer an intimate danger of infecting another person during non-traumatic sexual encounters. This doesn't cover IV drug users sharing needles or sexual practices such as fisting or other activities that are extremely high risk for membrane trauma. True not all fisting or other can cause injury every time ... it's just outside the research protocols.
